Location: Based in Johannesburg

The stylish, fresh, sexy, passionate, and sometimes cheeky Zuraida Jardine is a multifaceted media personality, who has featured and presented on SA TV's most popular magazine programs, and primetime radio slots.

Zuraida was South Africa's first celebrity winner of the hit international TV series "Strictly Come Dancing", and was the first female DJ in history to host a daytime show on 5FM.  As Top Billing presenter she interviewed some of the world's biggest stars, from Jamie Foxx, Charlize Theron and Will Smith, to Colin Farrel, Carmen Electra and Donald Trump, and covered top international events like New York Fashion week. Other television highlights include hosting her own TV show "Viscious Delicious", as well as reality shows Big Brother, Headspace and Woza Weekend.  She was also news reader on the TV show “Cape @ Six”, and reported for the TV breakfast show, “AM Today”, presented the “T.V. Licence Supercard” show and “Mr. South Africa”.   On radio, Zuraida presented on Good Hope FM for 5 years, before being headhumted by 5FM.

Zuraida, who studied broadcasting journalism in California and also received international diplomas in  journalism and business communication from the New York Business Institute, has been nominated for South Africa’s "Most Stylish Celebrity" award in the "Elle Style Awards", and as "Favourite Female DJ" in the "Star In You Awards" on numerous occasions. She won the “People’s Crystal Award” for "Best Dressed Television Personality", and in 2006 won the “YOU” award once again, for South Africa’s “Favourite Female Personality”.  She also walked away with South Africa’s “Favourite Female Personality" award in the "Kids Choice Awards" for three years consecutively (2003 - 2005).

In 2006, Zuraida was chosen to represent Africa in the “Breast Friends” worldwide campaign - a book campaign launched to raise Breast Cancer awareness. The book features Celebrities from all over the world, including Marcia Cross, Jerry Hall, Ronan Keating, Geri Halliwell, Rosanna Arquette, and many more.

She has also successfully tried her hand at acting, having starred in the CNN drama documentary “Water World 2020”, SABC's “Die Lied Van Die Lapop”, the MNET short film “Black Sushi”, and the powerfully moving and internationally acclaimed stage production of the “Vagina Monologues”; not to mention her gorgeous “Betty Davis Eyes” sparkling in PJ Powers music video!
