Richard Hardiman is a radio personality, stand up comic, a gifted script writer, busy voice-artist and sought-after MC, who can currently be heard on Cape Town's 2 Oceans Vibe Radio.
Until August 2010, Hardiman was the voice of Afternoon Drive on 94.5 KFM, where he started working as a news anchor and journalist in 1996. He has since filled numerous positions at the station, including sports presenting on the breakfast show, producing the drive show, presenting the PartyZone (which earned him the nickname Hardiman the Partiman) and hosting both the afternoon drive and lunch shows.
Mr July on the 2006 Cosmopolitan sexiest man calendar, Richard loves traveling and exploring, and spent four years travelling the United States and living in Las Vegas. He is a popular Master of Ceremonies, with corporate clients including Shape magazine, Woolworths, MTN, Unifruco, Grandwest, Nashua, Lipton Ice Tea and Toyota. He has also performed as Concert MC for high profile concerts by artists like Celine Dion, James Blunt, Counting Crows, Sting, Simply Red, Ronan Keating, Johnny Clegg, Katie Melua and Bryan Adams.
