Kevin Smuts

Kev-dogg, or Maestro Uno as he is often known, is in charge of arranging most of the music for the group. When he’s not weaving his web of musical threads, he can be seen rocking out solos on centre stage, or reaching the high notes in the backing harmonies. From Queen to Plush, he enjoys singing in almost every genre, and it’s this eclectic taste that brings such a unique flavour to his arrangements. Kev also writes music for documentaries and television commercials.

Justin de Freitas

The Toe, aka J-dog, aka Nurse Boy, has been involved in the awesome world of music as long as he can remember, playing piano, trombone, euphonium and on occasion slapping on a kilt and playing the bagpipes. But singing has always been his great love, and he has been involved in a cappella singing for the last 7yrs. He made the strange jump from baritone to tenor back in 2006 and has been hitting the top notes ever since.

Anthony Downing

When he hears the words “music”, “perform”, “entertain”, Antonio is first in line!  Ever since he was a little child, his main focus has been music. Anthony has been involved in musical stage shows for quite some time ranging from cabaret shows to full-scale musicals. He has been on numerous tours around the world with musicals as well as reaching final rounds of West End auditions. Anthony is currently studying music at the South African College of Music specialising in singing and composition.

Alexander McClarty

Moses (as he is so often called) loves few things more than the opportunity to entertain or to spend time amongst friends. Perfect Score provides him with the opportunity to do both simultaneously and he is very passionate about the group and what it means for him. When not on the stage, Moses can be found in high tech laboratories, creating prototypes of futuristic robots.

Michail Scholiadis

Michail (aka Scholi) has been a low tenor for the latter half of his life. He has always enjoyed singing, and this has brought him into a great group of friends, doing what they all love, in Perfect Score.

Makis Laskarides

Makis is the baritone and premium beat-boxer of the group. Along with drum ‘n base, he also loves metal music, but he promises that it’s not the type that gets you scared!

Stuart Noland

With over half a decade of experience on the a cappella scene, Stu, or Uncle Stu as he in informally known, makes it his goal to express himself with remarkable freedom on stage whilst simultaneously keeping the rest of the group in sync. Finance and Accounts Major by day, yet seductively powerful and smooth bass by night, Stu never fails to surprise even some of his biggest fans.
