Ladies Mantombazana

Ladies Mantombazana is a  talented all-female group of dancers, instrumentalists and vocalists, presenting a wide repertoire of African song and dance.  The group offers an excellent African cultural experience which appeals to international guests and locals alike.

The use of powerful drumming and background percussion complements the ladies' more melodic African instruments, and contribute to a vibey and energetic ethnic sound.  Whilst their dance routines are based on traditional ethnic styles, the ladies incorporate some contemporary movement which results in an unique showcase of progressive African rhythm.
