Oliver Sutton's name has become synonymous with World grooves in Cape Town. Having been Dj'ing for over 15 years, Oliver has travelled the globe in search of the funkiest grooves...
He started out in alternative clubs around Cape Town, playing punk, new wave, ska and the like. In 1996 he moved to Dublin, Ireland, to study music technology (sound engineering). Here he indulged in Freestyle, Breaks, Ambient, World, Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop and Drum n Bass, and played as resident DJ at XFM 101.7FM, with national broadcast and live internet coverage. Upon his return to Cape Town in 1999, Oliver took up a DJ post with Badresh Kara on Fine Music Radio, playing strictly World Music on Thursday evenings.

- Various corporate events (including events for Guess Jeans, Max Models, Vodacom for 5000 pax), weddings, launches, birthdays, etc:
- Various residencies at clubs such as Rhodes House, Fez On The Beach, Ponana, The Ivory Room, Bascule Bar, Rythm Devine, Moomba and Voyage
- Teamed up with DJ Rene ("The Frenchman") to present AZUCAR, "stole the city" at The Fez, playing Latin House and Latin Grooves along with their own blend of live percussion.
